How to shop at our store?

 

First, you may go to our Products page to learn more about the products that we have. After which, you may proceed to buy the item/s you like at the Shop for items page. Our products are grouped according to their brands for easier search.

Where are our products from?

 

All our products are imported directly from Korea, except for Skin Blossom (from UK).

How do I know the expiry date of the Korean products I bought?

 

Some brands have the manufacturing date printed on the product while some brands have the expiry date printed on the product.

Products with a date printed with the word 제조 means that is the manufacturing date of the product. Usually they will expire in 2-3 years before opening depending on the condition it is kept. It is usually advisable to finish the product in 1 year after opening it.

Products with a date printed with 까지means that is the expiry date of the product.

Our Exchange and Return Policy

 

Return and exchange is allowed when :

- wrong items were sent

- there are damages to item during shipping (for customers who opted for registered mail and TA-Q-Bin courier service only)

 

Return and exchange is NOT allowed if:

- there are damage to item during shipping (for customers who opted for normal mail)

 

 

Return Instructions – 4 Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns

 

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return policy below.

  1. Sent us an email (skinforthot@gmail.com) with a photo of the defect item within 3 days after receiving your item.

  2.  We will send you a confirmation email with the return address.

  3.  Customers pay for return shipment charges.

  4.  We will send you a new item within 1 to 2 days after we received the item. (We will pay for the shipment cost.) Note: If customers opted for normal mail in their initial purchase, we will ship the new item using the same mailing option and vice versa.

 

*To ensure that you receive the item, we recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance i.e Registered mail or TA-Q-Bin.
