Shipping Methods
-Self-Collection ($0.50)
Weekdays: Kembangan MRT – Pioneer MRT station (8a.m - 10a.m)
Weekends: Aljunied MRT-Kembangan MRT station (1p.m - 7p.m)
Exact time and venue to be arranged.
-Normal Mail ($1.50)
To be shipped out 1-2 days after payment is received. It will take a max. of 2 business days for item to reach your mailbox (according to information provided by Singpost).
Note: We will not be responsible for any lost or damage to item using this shipping method.
-Registered mail ($3.50)
To be shipped out 1-2 days after payment is received. It will take a max. of 3 business days for item to reach your mailbox (according to information provided by Singpost).
-TA-Q-Bin courier service ($5.00)
This shipping mode allows extended delivery past the usual delivery hours and office hours. Items will be delivered to your doorstep. There are 3 time slots ( 8am to 12pm, 12pm to 5pm and 5pm to 8pm) to choose from when you select method of shipping during checkout. If you wish to change the delivery timing, just call the courier company and request for a change of delivery timing or date (information will be provided in the email when your order is ready to be dispatched).
Payment Methods
-Paypal/Credit cards
You will be able to select Paypal/cedit card payment during checkout. You will be directed to paypal login page to complete your payment or pay by your credit card directly if you do not already have a Paypal account. Please note that there will be an additional 5% charge on the total sum for every Paypal/Credit Card transaction.
-Ibanking/ATM Transfer
Internet Banking / ATM Fund Transfer You will be able to select Internet Banking / ATM Fund Transfer during the checkout process. If you have selected either of these options during the checkout process, you will be receiving an email with your order number together with our bank details in the email within 1 working day. Kindly complete your payment within 2 days or your order will be cancelled.

Note: For interbank fund transfers from (e.g. OCBC, UOB, CITIBANK) may take 3-5 business days for bank to complete the interbank process. We will only process your order when the money is successfully credited into our bank account.
* If you are using ibanking/ATM transfer, kindly send us an email (skinforthot@gmail.com) with a copy of the receipt so that we can check the payment and ship out your item ASAP.
Please note that we do not accept cancellation of order after payment is made. Customers who cancelled their orders (after ordering) more than 3 times will not be able to purchase from us after that.
